My name is Adele Davison; I live with my husband Jonathan and our two children, two rabbits, and not forgetting our beloved feline family in a small village just outside Blackburn, Lancashire.
I first became interested in British Shorthair's when we decided to get another cat a couple of years after our family pet Arnie died at the ripe old age of 15 years.
Whilst browsing though numerous web sites I came across a photo of someone holding an arm full of black and silver spotted kittens, well that was it, from that day on I was totally besotted with them.
After months of searching and waiting for a kitten to come available, we brought our baby home at Christmas 2003. She was simply the best present I could have wished for.
