                        CH Surreptitious Deanna Troy
After visiting a couple of shows, we realized that showing our cat was something that we wanted to do together as a hobby.

We entered Jasmine aka Surreptitious Deanna Troy in her first show at 8 month. She won her open class, BOB and 1st in all the other classes; we could not believe it, beginner’s luck we thought. But no; because in her 2nd show a month later she won her open class again plus the BOB and she was nominated for BIS, she won Best of Variety at 9 month old. I have never felt so proud.

Best in Show British

Then came the Adult classes, again she never ceases to amaze me, she reached Champion in 3 straight shows at just 11 months old, as well as picking up 2 more BOB’s on the way. Jasmine has won many other classes including a CC at the Supreme.

As we were hooked on showing we thought it would be great to show under our own prefix. It was at that point that Elaine granted us permission to breed from Jasmine, we could not believe it, it was like a dream come true
We chose Antiguason as our prefix in preparation for the new arrivals.

We put Jasmine together with GRCH Sargenta Silver Uilliam which resulted in our first litter of three beautiful black and silver spotted kittens, 2 girls and 1 boy.
Jasmine made a wonderful mother, she took it all in her stride and tended brilliantly to all her kittens needs.

We are totally dedicated to our cats and they want for nothing.

Our spare bedroom (or nursery) as we call it is used by the expectant Queen in her last week or so to settle and get used to her nest. Once the kittens have arrived they remain in there with Mum for a few weeks until we bring them down stairs so they can get accustomed to the hustle and bustle of family life .

We have now completed converting the garage into another room for them  ( now known as the playroom). This will have access to a small outdoor run where they can get some fresh air and sunshine when ever they want.

All our cats except for Casey live with us in the house as part of the family but we do have an out door run for them to play in during the better weather. Casey has now moved outside in his own stud house which is lovely and snug with a heater inside and lots of space for him to run around outside and catch flies and spiders.

We have our cats vet checked frequently and are up to date with their inoculations including leukaemia. They have all tested negative to LeLV, FIv and Fcov.

We only allow our girls to have one litter a year. This gives them chance to regained their weight and condition.

Casey's  pad taken on one of the sunny days, it looks so nice when all the tubs and hanging baskets are in full bloom.
We have had several stands made for the outdoor pens, they are brilliant, for more information use this link

We would like to say a huge thank you to Elaine, Marilyn and Linda for giving us the opportunity to full fill our dreams and for all the help and guidance they have given us even at the most unsociable hours.
